helo pattern thing is an ancient part, probably left from Zachariassen's
times. Uppercase 'R' means that syntax check of addresses is requested;
lowercase 'f', 't', 'v', 'e' mean that 'mail from', 'rcpt to', 'vrfy'
and 'expn' addresses respectively are to be verified by interactive
router. (Hope that it's correct).
