I don't know if it is related, the version of mid-May started to send
copy of non-delivery reports to postmaster even despite there is a
"form" file *without* CC to postmaster. This happens if I define a
route

some.dom error:notourcustomer

if there is no "form" named "nouourcustomer" then a default template is
used and sent to the originator of the message and postmaster.
Previously, when I created a form "notourcustomer"

HDR From: The Post Office <postmaster>
HDR Sender: mailer-daemon
SUB Subject: User nonexistent

User specified in the destination address does not exist
within specified domain.

non-delivery reports stopped going to postmaster. Now they continue to
be sent, even despite there is no "HDR Cc:" in the template.
