Advice on content processing

Hi,

We need to setup a special content processing for outgoing messages to
one specific host.

We have to add a couple of lines to the end of the mail and add a prefix
to the "friendly name" part of the From: field 
For example:
From: name surname <user@xx.yy> --> From: XXXX name surname <user@xx.yy>

Is that posible using crossbar?
There is some kind of access to the content headers and data from zsh?
