 Being nice and lenient in what you accept is all well and good until
people start puking garbage into your SMTP server, which winds up in
your mailbox when nothing can be done. I'm all for forcing HELO,
MAIL FROM:, and other things to have real and usable names/addresses
in them, not random garbage.

 Presumably this should be a configuration option, seeing as how
not everyone feels like I do.
