That is .. odd. My groff is 1.18.1, and frankly, I consider
these document transmogrifier things to be primarily for my
zmailer.org at which I do 'make publish' in that directory
branch.

Damn, what would be better name ? Considering that the utility
is named 'sm' -- which we could rename to e.g. smcm ?
No doubt somebody will have a thing with that name, too.
