Follow-up 2: Zmailer question: y2kish bug?

OK so I feel like a bit of a knob for not looking at the latest source tree
first.  It appears as if there is a y2k version of dateparse.c without all
that century stuff.  Compiling this solves the y2k problem of the router
rewriting the date field.  I really wish there had been a note of this on
the y2k web page (http://www.zmailer.org/y2k-status.html) which may be
technically incorrect since all versions prior to mid 1999 had the dateparse.c
that had to potential to misbehave in 2000.  Ahh well I was well enough 
prepared that I need at least one bug to make things interesting :-).  However
the orginal bug of GMT offset (which may or may not have been the catalyst)
still remains.  So any input on what the defines should be in the config.h is
welcome.
