support for multiple mail domains on a single system

I am looking for an email solution that will let me have multiple mail 
doomains on a single system. 

The probelm that I am having is overlaping name spaces for mail users. 

The other question is. Is there any mail delevery system like pop or imap 
that will allow me to not have to have unix accounts for each mail user?


Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
