Q: Setting retries on the half-hour?

How do I configure the scheduler so that transport agents using a
given channel will retry at specific times during the day (for
instance, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, etc.)?  I looked at the man page,
but it was unclear how to use the interval and skew options to
accomplish this.  I tried a few combinations in the scheduler.conf
file, but none of them worked.

I'm trying to do this so that I can synchronise the scheduler to
deliver mail when my PPP connection (brought up every half-hour using
a cron job) is active.  If there is a better way to do this, please
let me know.

I'm sorry if this is a FAQ (I tried looking for zmailer mailing list
archives on listserv.funet.fi and ftp.funet.fi, but didn't find any),
but if anyone has suggestions or instructions concerning this, I will
be grateful if you'd share them.  Thanks in advance.
