X-Orcpt type headers and direct procmail delivery

(My third try, I think the first couple got hung up by
the zmailer list html spam filters due to a header in
the example)

AFAIK when zmailer gets a message and delivers it locally
with 'command="mailbox"' the env information of the ORCPT
and other such stuff gets tacked onto the end of the

  >Return-Path: <owner-cssa@quartz.srv.ualberta.ca>
  >X-Envelope-To: <yan@micralyne.com> (uid 0)
  >X-Orcpt: rfc822;yanqi@micralyne.com
  >Original-Recipient: rfc822;yanqi@micralyne.com

from the router queue example below. It appears, though,
when delivering directly through procmail with 'command=
"sm -c $channel procm"' that, except for the 'Return-Path',
the headers do not get created. What am I doing wrong
or is this a bug? Is there some other way to ensure that
the envelope information relating to the recipient gets
documented in the headers of similar mailing list emails?

Example from the router queue:

  >rcvdfrom quartz.srv.ualberta.ca ([]:43794 "EHLO
  >comment quartz.srv.ualberta.ca []:43794 "EHLO
  >quartz.srv.ualberta.ca" smtp-auth: <none> TLS-CIPHER: <none> TLS-PEER:

  >from <owner-cssa@quartz.srv.ualberta.ca>
