content conversion problem

Hi.

Some emails received by my machine (mail.root.at) come with a conversion
string somehow (convert rfc822-to-8bit;) how can i disable this?
i know that this sting is added by the server, not the client.

sample header:
Received: from mx02.uni-tuebingen.de ([134.2.3.12]:47684 "EHLO
mx02.uni-tuebingen.de" ident: "NO-IDENT-SERVICE[2]") by mail.root.at
with ESMTP id <209465-25015> convert rfc822-to-8bit; Mon, 28 Feb 2000
