Bad header message

Hello,

I need a little help figuring out why zmailer is complaining about a
message having a bad header. This only started happening recently, which
has me puzzled. Do any of you guru's out there spot the bad thing that
I missed? This was taken from the postman directory (the identities were
changed to protect the innocent :-):

Thanks for your help,
