SMTP policy doesn't work or ...

	Hi folks!

	I tried to install SMTP-policy filter but it doesn't work.  May
    be I don't understand anything?

	My smtp-policy.src file is:

	[0.0.0.0]/0	relaytarget -
	.ziplink.net	rejectnet +

	But when I try to connect to my smtpserver and give him
    "helo name.ziplink.net" it say that policy result = 0. 

	Where I was wrong?
