RET=HDRS ?

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi everyone,

there seems to be a Problem with ESMTP. I haven't investigated
very much yet, but i can tell this:

A user sends a mail with MS Exchange or the newest sendmail version
and these mailers create a header wit RET=HDRS where zmailer
removes a space before RET and then the header gets broken like this:

<smtp hphalle0.informatik.tu-muenchen.de
steinsei@hphalle0.informatik.tu-muenchen.de 0>: ...\
        <<- MAIL From:<hans@red.roses.de> BODY=8BITMIME SIZE=2352RET=HDRS
        ->> 501 5.5.4 SIZE-param data error (this is abnormal, investigate!)

The mail was sent with this header:
MAIL From:<hans@red.roses.de> SIZE=2352 BODY=8BITMIME RET=HDRS

So what happened there ? This Problem occurs at our mailrelay
which 'forwards' the mail to the next zmailer so maybe it works
with 1 hop, but then the header/envelope gets broken.

Greets, Sven
