Remove the -a flag from the smtp server in /etc/zmailer.conf
(smtpserver man page has more interesting stuff).

Edit some or all of your .../forms/* files.  The ones in zmailer
2.99.48 have "ADR Cc: The Post Office <postoffice>" all over the
place; do something similar.
