beta10 - too many end up in postman

Matti,

I hate to say it but I had to rollback to .48 because of the number
of messages that end up in POSTOFFICE/postman.  There where 725
during the holidays; I cannot examine all of them.  When I started
.48 and moved them all to the router/, they *all* went thru one way
or another (around 200 produced non-delivery reports).

I kept a copy of postman contents in case you want more information
about these messages.
