2.99.32 available (in a few minutes)

This time I spend rather much time at trying to compile this package
at different systems.  Lets see:

DEC OSF/1 3.2D: cc -migrate  --with-system-malloc --with-bundled-libresolv
Solaris 2.5 SunSoft cc       --with-system-malloc --with-bundled-libresolv
i486 Linux (libc 5.4.2)      (no options -> csri malloc, system resolv)
SunOS 4.1.1 bundled cc       --with-bundled-libresolv
Solaris 2.5  gcc-272         --with-system-malloc --with-bundled-libresolv

Right after configuration (and any time latter) you can now do:
	make depend
HOWEVER it requires the existence of  gcc  (uses 'gcc -MM' feature..)

Yesterday evening I counted 4 retrieves of the 2.99.31 within 15 minutes
of the announcement, and 6 within 30 minutes, lets see how quick you are
today :-)
