Problems with response to 'help' command (smtpserver)



I just got 2.99.24 up and running under Linux. No functinoal problems to
report so far.

Anyway, this is related to the same problem I mentioned some time back; 
the 'help' command in the SMTP server still returns the wrong code for
some lines, viz: 

220 unique.blaze.net.au Server ESMTP+AUTH 2.99.24 #1 ready at Fri, 19 Jan 
1996 18:53:22 +1000
