zmailer on alpha, anybody?

I got zmailer to compile on our DEC OSF1 machine, but when it runs, it
generates many "Unaligned access" errors.  I changed NALIGN in lib/allocate.c
to 8, but it helped only a little.  Anybody have any ideas?
