I have finally had time for reworking the zmpoll() related stuff
all over the place -- that is, converted all actual uses of select()
to use the zmpoll() API.

Except couple places where it is used to sleep some 0.2-0.4 seconds
at the time.

During the testing I noticed that Solaris 10 and Linux 2.6 have somewhat
different semantics in the returned results, and had to treat POLLHUP
as if it were POLLIN (same with POLLERR, although I am not sure if that
was entirely wise move.)


The things do appear to work properly now.


Now to go through Daniel Kiper's patch set...
