Mailq double free problem

Running (or trying to) 2.99.55sp1 under Suse10.
It seems mailq tries to close fpi and fpo twice, when docat()
calls report() and it calls query2() which closes fpi and fpo on its own.

I got rid of query2's fclose() calls and it seems to work.
