Not in my code base.
Those are generated thru "optsave()" function, which resides in
the router/functions.c. You can verify active control settings
by executing:

   $MAILBIN/router -i
   z# squirrel

The Usage: report it gives does show options to CHANGE presently
set values. E.g. if it says "-badheader", then you really have
the badheader copying to postman active..

The code has also few explicite squirrel() calls, but encountering
those is truly bad karma... (message routing failed, and it isn't
about "hold" channel things...)
