We have a suspicious mail in our queue:

smtp/inco.com.lb:
<<- RCPT To:<ascertaisailorimprecis@inco.com.lb> NOTIFY=NEVER ORCPT=RFC822;ascer->> 503 5.5.0 No MAIL FROM command has been issued. (retry in 2m23s, expires in 1d1h, tries=217)

It turns out to be a bounced spam with the usual forged return
address.  The remote SMTP server is blocking mail with a blank sender
address:

MAIL FROM: <>
550 5.7.1 Blank sender address is not allowed!

As with the last problem, we are running the Debian package of
v. 2.99.55-3, which is essentially similar to plain v. 2.99.55.
