freezesource

Hi!

freezesource doesn't work as it should. I changed my _bulk_mail
to use freezsource and freezenet to filter out legal mail. While
freezenet works fine, freezesource still rejects with 450 4.7.1

The following patch fixes that for me, but I'm not too sure about
the semantics
