Now I have given the issue some initial thought, and the new
rewritten aliases.cf is available via CVS, as well as at
      ftp://mea.tmt.tele.fi/zmailer/aliases.cf

Essentially I redistributed the loop breaking in a manner of
"if this particular db is already expanded for this address,
don't expand again, instead continue to further tests"

The thing isn't yet completely written thru, but seems to work
at my simple environment tests so far. More esoteric things,
like lists, mboxmaps, etc. may need more thought.
(And "expansions" use at fqdnalias.cf has not been revised yet.)
