  (you are babling, I am cutting down the quotation..)

  The   http://www.zmailer.org/smtp-policy.html   is fairly well
  up to date document about it, have you had a peek at it ?
  ( http://www.zmailer.org/ -> "deeply technical" -> "smtpserver policy" )

  ZMailer is happy relayer, if it finds itself to be among MX servers
  for a domain, *and* so called "third variant" is used of the default-
  handling boilerplate.

  In DNS you need essentially this:

	dom.ain.  IN MX 0  srv.dom.ain.
		  IN MX 1  backup.zmailer.server.
		  IN MX 2  2ndbackup.zmailer.server.

  The exact priority/precedence values have no absolute meanings, rather
  their RELATIVE VALUES have a meaning.

  Those backup servers will recognize themselves when sending email out,
  and not to use any server which has same or larger precedence value,
  than they have themselves. (This is the magic to avoid looping message
  around in between backups while the target server is not available.)
