A *raw* snapshot covering  Tutorial and Installation  is available at:

(in addition to the CVS source one, if you install DocBook, and JADE, et.al.)

It has been rather educative 20 hours, but now I will eat something,
and sleep.  (The goal of getting good PostScript and HTML out from
same source is now apparently possible.)
