The version at my CVS(*) can do it by using

	PARAM noPIPELINING

keyword in  smtpserver.conf

And mind you, that is *full* disable of the PIPELINING functionality
at the smtpserver.

Just because you asked for this one thing, I have now spent something like
4 hours at coding selective disablers for all enhanced facilities which
the ZMailer has.
