zmailer-2.99.50s11-cvs990308 does not compile

Patched zmailer-2.99.50s11 sources with cvs990308 patch available from 
ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/unix/mail/zmailer/src/zmailer-2.99.50s11-to-cvs990308.diff.gz

It didn't compile on a RedHat Linux 5.1 box anymore:
