    For all intents and purposes I would say they have Cisco PIX firewall
with software version which breaks E-SMTP protocol.  See:

It looks like the ORCPT parameter as passed thru that particular PIX software
version becomes seriously corrupt when it contains a semicolon (";").
(Which it does contain always per the specification..)
