	Propably not, depending what your question *really* means.
If you mean that it shouldn't report  8BITMIME  in EHLO responses,
then you current way is to edit the source:
	smtpserver/smtpcmds.c
in which you comment away/delete line with that string.

Would you want to have some  smtpserver.conf, or  policy dataset
feature to selectively disable these enhanced SMTP facilities ?
