ZMailer scheduler (addendum)

This time after I killed all the mailbox & smtp processes, mailq -QQ:
local/*/0
        Threads:  213 Msgs:  1804 Procs:  -1 Idle:   3 Plim:  80 Flim: 150 
bitbucket/*/0
        Threads:    0 Msgs:     0 Procs:   1 Idle:   1 Plim:  20 Flim: 150 
local/pipe*/0
        Threads:    2 Msgs:     9 Procs:  12 Idle:  10 Plim:  12 Flim: 150 
smtp/*/0
        Threads:   15 Msgs:   217 Procs:  26 Idle:  20 Plim:  40 Flim: 150 
Kids: 38  Idle: 34  Msgs: 1872  Thrds: 230  Rcpnts: 2030  Uptime: 7h4m17s

Note the "-1" for local/*/0. It was -4 a few seconds before. Now it's 
-4 again. There are about 15-20 mailbox processes actually running.

What does this mean?
