Procmail local delivery trouble

  I'm having some trouble getting procmail to work as a local delivery
agent. Some users complained that the usual .forward method didn't work
out, so i went for configure it as the default delivery program as
documented in doc/guides/procmail.

  Okay, it delivers, and seems to interpret .procmailrc correctly. But if
you send a message to an inexistant user, you don't get a bounce:
