	In there it is not used actively, as ALL source and
	target domains can become looked up from the DNS.
	Possibly I will remove that "toplevels" set next time
	around -- not so usefull feature, after all.

	However in the  MAILSHARE/cf/standard.cf  in its "toplevels"
	definition there is no "su", which means that all traffic
	destined to SU domain will become canonicalized via DNS
	lookup.  That is not fatal, but may slow things a bit.
	(That definition was in   MAILSHARE/router.cf  until quite
	 recently.  Those lack "su" as well.)
