Do you mean you share POSTOFFICE directories between the
two systems ?

Indeed it does, somewhen I added 'env-end' header, which
new systems recognize as a demarkation point in between
the envelope, and the RFC-822 headers.
Older routers might not like it.. (if you NFS-share
POSTOFFICE directory..)
