savetrees.com and the policydb

I'm wondering whether any part of zmailer is doing spam tests in
the headers (not the envelope)? A quick look into smtpserver.c
seem to indicate no, but a surer answer is better :-)

I'm asking this because some spam addresses like savetrees.com does
not exist, and because these spam are done through third-party relay
they'll never be rejected if only envelope inspection is done.
