possible "From" line bug

If I recall correctly, RFC822 states that if something is between
angle brackets on From or Sender, that thing is taken to be the
machine-readable email address. However, as of 2.99.43b, if the
"real name" contains an "@", zmailer will be confused that will
take the real name to be the (illegal) mailbox name, instead of
taking the address from the bracketed address that follows:

Illegal-Object: Syntax error in From: address found on byron.net4.io.org:
        From:   eccclc@io.orgmaintainers <owner-eccclc@byron.net4.io.org>
                             ^-missing end of mailbox

I haven't downloaded 2.99.44 yet; someone might want to try this
on a .44 system.
