newaliases weirdness

I have just run newaliases and checked the alias expansion
using router -i. However, when I send an actual test mail,
the old aliases (as if I never ran newaliases) were still
being used.

If I kill and then restart zmailer, then the alias
expansion works as expected.

This is the first time I have seen an alias not being
expanded properly after running newaliases.

I don't know if this is a bug of zmailer. I'm running
2.99.43b with most patches from the list, and my db
directory is mode 0700 if it matters.
