problem with zmailer and tpc.int

I'm running zmailer 2.99.27 on AIX and have problems with delivering
mails addressed to the tpc.int remote-printer domain. Here's output
from mailq:

smpt/picus.its.uu.se:
        6415-37870:     (activation pending, thread NO_THREAD!)
smpt/strix.its.uu.se:
        6447-20868:     (activation pending, thread NO_THREAD!)

everything else works fine, but messags sent to these addresses
for example 
"remote-printer.Martin-Wendel/Room_150@0.1.9.7.8.1.8.1.6.4.tpc.int"
gets stuck in transport and is never delivered to the host
handling the remote-printer software.

Anyone got a clue?
