2.99.38 out, and a potpurri of things..

Hello,

	I just released version 2.99.38 into archive.

	- fixes to make it compile cleanly at pedantic
	  BSDI/OS machine
	- Small autoconfig fix for Solaris
	- Solaris maillock() fix -- misssing variable decl.
	- At multihomed systems where the primary hostname
	  does not cover all IP addresses, the MX dulicate
	  detection is not quite easy..

	At utu.fi the  mailhost.utu.fi was changed to be
	an IP alias, which is easier to move from one machine
	to another, than it is to wait the DNS update to
	propagate...
	However, that change caused hostname, and IP-
	addresses bound to it not to include that one.
	==> mailhost.utu.fi was not able to detect
	itself anymore wt WKS detection, and it kept
	sending messages to the first responsive MX,
	which happened to be itself...
	Now there is some sort of mechanism for that
	configuration, but its name is a bit awkward,
	and it doesn't work together with db/localnames
	database.  (I mean; they are separate)
