Hello,

	Basically there are assorted changed at the scheduler
	making it more stable in unusual conditions.

	There are also changes for the SMTP-server, and -client,
	which implement Ned Freed's PIPELINING mechanism giving
	faster protocol at sending addresses to the remote system.
	(We rely on it at several high-flow-rate connections here
	 and there -- relating to Linux mailinglists..)

	The mailbox program resets file access time into the
	previous value from stat() before it is altered.
	New method needed for recent Linux kernels..
