zmailer-2.99.26 ready for pickup..

and soon also elsewere.  (We have VERY FAST connectivity with most of the
world these days, though also occasionally unreasonably high loads..)

Some highlights:
	- The SMTP-server tries to correct some of bad syntax inputs, and thus
	  lessening the number of errors
	- The SMTP-server implements SMTP PIPELINING, which gives fast
	  pseudo-duplex operation instead of trivial half-duplex one.
	  (it is still unidirectional!  no reverse-path technology!)
	- Scheduler/TA-clients interaction got a return message:
		#resync
	  which is for reporting that scheduler's idea of file status is
	  wrong.
	- TA-clients changed/added possibility to do locking via shared
	  memory-map (on platforms that it is available), and thus
	  reducing the number of syscalls.
