Version 2.99.11 is available for picking


Highlights:
	- Really ported to DEC OSF/1v3.0, not just some odd "compability mode"..
	- Scheduler handles its dying childs more gracefull
	  (Actually could just ignore them, same result..)
	- smtpserver/smtpclient got timeouts per RFC 1123, and
	  on one occasion per "sendmail" ...

I have gotten reports about "lock failure on mailbox", and scheduler
going crazy and generating spool directories at the system root,
but so far I have not been able to re-create the situation.
