Two patches to zmailer-2.99.3

Hello,
	There are now two patches (one on today morning,
	another just a moments ago) to 2.99.3 which
	thus upped the number to 2.99.5
	(but NO full dump of 2.99.5!)

	- Fixes to SMTP client
	- One rare error-condition fix to SMTP-server
	- Robustness against misconfig of the MAILBOX
