zmailer-2.99.3 is available...

Hello,
	I may start sounding like Linux kernel developement just
	before 1.0 was finished, but still...

	Now all the bigger bugs in the  router  are fixed, though
	I didn't test old pathological bang-paths (and rfc-source-routes)
	(they are rarely encountered anyway..)

	The old zmsh-scripts will work, because "sift" is alias to
	"tsift", and the new "ssift" is "separate" from the older
	version.

	I haven't written any ssift -scripts, but undoublty
	some of you will do them pretty soon :)

	This version is now in production on  nic.funet.fi,  and
	(as far as there is any usage)  astro.utu.fi.
	(SunOS 4.1.3 and Solaris 2.3 in order).  I will tonight
	compile it on my Linux as well.
