Infinite loop in zmailer

Trying the simple router test:
	sendmail -bt
	trace on
	router foo

Zmailer trys <localhost foo>, then foo@maple.scs.ryerson.ca, then
back to localhost foo, then foo@maple.scs.ryerson.ca etc.  This is on
the host maple.scs.ryerson.ca, and orgdomain etc. seem to be correct.
This is on a MIPS M/120 running RiscOS 5.01.

(This is from memory, so exact details may be slightly wrong, but the
inifinite loop is depressing real.)

Any ideas?
